That spark ignited an obsession. I dove deep into the world of cacao, spending years researching origins, roasting profiles, and refining techniques. My kitchen became a micro-laboratory, filled with small-batch roasters, melangers, and endless experimental molds. Each batch, whether triumph or lesson, fueled a deeper understanding and appreciation for the craft.

The passion outgrew the kitchen. The decision to establish my dedicated atelier in Hurricane, West Virginia, was both natural and exhilarating. It provided the space and focus to scale my meticulous process, to ensure every step from bean sorting to bar tempering met my exacting standards, all within the community I call home.
