Allergen Information

Our bean-to-bar chocolate is crafted with the utmost care. However, please be advised that our facility also handles nuts, dairy, gluten (wheat), and soy. While stringent cleaning protocols are in place, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution. Ingredient lists are provided for each product.

Shipping Policy

  • DAVID C BOGGESS ships via UPS or USPS, chosen based on efficiency and destination.
  • During warm weather months (typically May-September), all chocolate orders are packed with insulation and ice packs to prevent melting. This may incur additional shipping charges.
  • DAVID C BOGGESS is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by the carrier, or for packages left unattended in unsuitable weather conditions after delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or arrange for delivery to a cool location.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable and artisanal nature of our chocolate products, all sales are final. We take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our creations. However, if you experience a quality issue with your order upon arrival or believe it was damaged in transit beyond reasonable expectation, please contact us at stuff-a-lot@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will review your claim and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Workshop and Tasting Policies

We are delighted to share our knowledge and passion through our workshops and tastings. Please familiarize yourself with the following policies:

Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in any DAVID C BOGGESS workshop or tasting event.
  • Bookings are processed through our website and are confirmed upon successful payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled workshop or tasting date will receive a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. However, you may transfer your spot to another individual by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • In the unlikely event that DAVID C BOGGESS must cancel a workshop, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Participant Conduct & Liability

Participants are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors. DAVID C BOGGESS is not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during workshops due to participant negligence or failure to follow instructions. By participating, you implicitly agree to a liability waiver.
